GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

REGISTRATION AND BOOKING

Every service you registrate or book must be paid before departure. Cheques are to be denominated in the order of APACHE RAFTING. The 31,12,1992 Law defines the conditions of the fees payment : fees are to be paid by their target date. In case of advanced payment, no discount is granted. In case of late payment, financial penalties will be demanded the day after the target date : in addition to the initial price you had to pay, you will be charged  12% of the bill includind VAT. These penalties will be automatically paid as of right, without any formality or prior formal notice. Plus, late payment will lead to consequences:
1) we will demand the total payments whatsoever and without asking for a refund of any fees we would have to pay but
2) if so, we will demand a 40euros fixed allowance to cover recovery costs.   SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION In case of a group registration, the subscriber is fully responsible for informing and approving all the members of the group about the general terms and conditions. Also the subscriber has to advise the rest of the group of the data sheet including the river scheme of classification and the level of difficulty mentionned.  

CANCELLATION 

These are the conditions of cancellation for registration. Registrations depend upon the following conditions of cancellation :
1) more than 30 days before the departure : the 30% deposit is kept to cover the organisation expenses and the commercial prejudice
2) less than 30 days : you must pay 100% of the outstanding amount for the requested service.   APACHE RAFTING reserves the right to change the programs for at least one of the following reasons : security ; floods ; drought ; natural or accidental disaster (pollution) ; low level of technical, physical or psychological conditions of the members . If one of the reasons mentionned is chosen, none of the members won't have the possibility to ask for any kind of compensation whatsoever. Professionnal guides only can decide to change the programs.   If APACHE RAFTING is obliged to cancel its program, no matter the reason why, the members will fully be repaid and won't be able to ask for any other compensation.        

RESPONSIBILITY

Physical activities taking place in the wild is risky, and every participant must be aware of the risks he may take. Every participant is knowingly and fully responsible for his choices and is committed not to discharge APACHE RAFTING or its partners for the responsibility of the risks he may take. The conditions are the same for the beneficial awners or any member of the family. Every participant must follow the advice and the directives given by the guides : the guides cannot be held liable for events , accidents or physical dammages resulting from any personal and careless action. APACHE RAFTING is not responsible or liable for any personal property (loss, glass breakage, theft...). Every participant acknowledges he knows to swim for 25 meters, plunge into the water, and be in a good physical fitness. In case of a group registration, the subscriber is fully responsible for informing and approving all the members of the group about the general terms and conditions and the data sheet. The subscriber is also fully responsible for all the juvenile members of the group.    

INSURANCE

You must have liability insurance to perform whitewater activities into the wild (1992 Law). It has to be checked on your private contracts of insurance : most of the time, they include your liability insurance and cover you in your sport and leisure activities, « out of competition ».
